• Items are now included in pre-paid totals
• Promo Codes and discounts are now passed through
• Guests who booked online are now automatically marked Fast Pass, so pre-paid bookings are recognized as priority at the camera and register.
• Walk-ins are never marked Fast Pass and stay in the normal flow.
• The full amount a guest pre-paid online now follows them to the register, not just the main package.
• Add-ons bought online now show at checkout as already paid, so staff never have to re-select them.
• A guest's promo code now travels through to the register.
• The discount that promo code earned now shows at the register too.
• Each booking now displays a live status — reserved, completed, locked (past their time), or cancelled — on the camera and checkout screens.
• The amount due at the register reads $0 for pre-paid online guests, since everything was already collected.

Automatic photo pulls. New Image Sync copies photos straight from your capture computer's shared folder into the kiosk, one-way and on its own schedule — add new & changed, add-only, or mirror. Point it at an IP or find it on the network; if the connection drops it reconnects and keeps going on its own.

• Guide guests in real time. "Send to kiosk" now opens a guest's session instantly when the kiosk runs on the same computer, and the Kiosk Monitor mirror updates live while you're watching — so you can walk someone through their photos on the other screen, then eases back to save resources when you close it.

• Never lose track of an order. The Kiosk Monitor now pins a Last Cart panel at the top — the photo(s) and order from the most recent checkout stay on screen so staff always know what to grab, even after the kiosk resets for the next guest.

• Lock it down. Full-screen kiosk lock fills a chosen monitor and blocks the Dock, menu bar, app switching, and quitting, so the kiosk can't be closed by accident — unlock any time with a support PIN. Plus a one-key shortcut to snap a wandering mouse back to the staff screen.

• Every guest's video, personalized. On the free-video email screen, the photo a guest is viewing is saved as their video's hero image — so each video features the picture they were actually looking at, whether or not they leave an email.

• Smoother day-to-day. Contact capture now saves even when a guest skips the name field, packages whose on-screen name differs from their code grant the right freebies, each code's starred favorite always opens correctly, and the In-Operation view stays focused on just the day-of tools.
